John Q. Vaughan is a practicing personal injury attorney in the state of Georgia. Over the years, he has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator and has procured millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. His litigation team is second to none and collectively they treat every case with equal vigilance. John began his young career in “Corporate America”, being promoted to an executive level position at a very young age. During this time, he learned the valuable principles of communication and education, two of the foundational principles of his firm. When he graduated from law school, very quickly he was offered a partnership at an Atlanta based personal injury law firm. During this time, John honed his skills advocating for victims of automobile accidents and developed a large client base and referral network. Overtime, John determined the only way to build a firm worthy of his clients, solely dedicated to protecting their interests, was to leave the partnership and begin the Law Offices of John Q. Vaughan. John has experience representing victims with soft tissue injuries, broken bones, herniations, catastrophic injuries, permanent disabilities, and everything in between. Over the years, he has received referrals from peers, medical providers, and even insurance agents, but he maintains the most humbling experiences are the many referrals he receives from prior clients. “Typically, when clients come to me, they have just been a victim of what could possibly be a life changing, traumatic event. My job is to navigate them through this time, removing all stressors so they can focus exclusively on their personal rehabilitation and well-being. For a past client, having gone through this hardship with us, to refer me their closest friends and family members, is extremely humbling, and precisely why we do what we do. Every case is different, and every person has their own struggles. Our job is to not only vigorously advocate for them, but also educate them on the process through constant communication. They are dealing with enough; uncertainty should not be added.”
